- Redial of passage and reading of passages in view of the client. Indicating: origin / destination / date / time of departure
- Indicate if the schedule corresponds to the morning or afternoon
- Indicate to the client that they must arrive 15 minutes before the departure time and to emphasize if it is a special schedule (reinforcements)
- Remember change conditions or leave open (45 minutes before national / 72 hours before international)
- Suggest confirmation of open tickets at least 1 day in advance, especially in high season
- International Sales: Fill in ALL the identification data (names-surnames-date of birth-sex-phone number or email) / Revision of the Reciprocity or AVE rate (must be printed before buying) / Permanence Paper Review PDI (must carry it printed, otherwise indicate request a copy in the Police before selling).
- International tickets must be sold only with a document in hand, either ID CARD IDENTITY - DNI - PASSPORT, this to verify that the data is entered correctly, to verify the expiration date of the document in order to avoid that bus is retained at the border, fines and delays .If you do not carry an original document you can present a photocopy.
