Any content whose value exceeds 1 UTM must be declared and accredited by the customer through tax documents that support it. In case Bus-Sur loses your cargo, you are entitled to a compensation of up to 1 UTM, maximum valuation amount for unsupported cargo. If you do not make the declaration, it is assumed that the value of the contents will not exceed this amount. Bus-Sur may verify the cargo, reject its valuation or refuse to transport it when it gives rise to doubts or its transportation is not carried out in optimal conditions.
