Regulations for Travel by Minors
Domestic Destinations
• Minors aged 13 to 17: May travel alone provided they present their national ID card and a notarized authorization or sworn statement signed by their parents. If they do not have this document, they may use the official form provided by Bus-Sur, signed by the responsible adult.
• Children up to 13 years old: Must travel accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years of age or older).
International Destinations
• Passengers aged 14 to 18: May not travel alone. They must be accompanied by at least one adult guardian and must strictly comply with the applicable legal regulations of both the country of departure and the destination country.
Special Cases
• For any exceptional situation, a request must be sent to sac@bussur.com at least 24 hours in advance. ⚠️ Important: You must wait for written confirmation from the company before purchasing the ticket.
